The West Indies Cricket Board (WICB) has flatly said no to the CARICOM proposal regarding dissolution of the entity. CARICOM had earlier this year appointed a sub-committee to review the governance of West Indies cricket. That sub-committee, as one of its proposals, suggested the disbanding of the WICB as being important to bringing about changes
