The inaugural GCB/CGI Jaguars 3 Day League, reaches its final round on Friday 7 October, 2016, with play commencing at 0930 hours at four (4) venues across the country. The semi-professional league will see:
- West Berbice contesting Lower Corentyne at the Port Mourant ground, in Berbice.
- Essequibo competing against West Demerara at the Tuschen ground.
- Upper Demerara/ East Bank doing battle with East Coast Demerara at the Enterprise ground.
- Georgetown challenging Upper Corentyne at the Georgetown Cricket Club ground.
