The inaugural GCB/CGI Jaguars 3 Day League, continues on Friday 23 September, 2016 from 09:30 hours at four (4) venues across the country. The semi-professional league will see:
- Upper Corentyne contesting Essequibo at the Port Mourant Community Centre ground.
- East Bank competing with West Berbice at the Enterprise Community Centre ground.
- Lower Corentyne doing battle with East Coast Demerara at the Albion Community Centre.
- Georgetown challenging West Demerara at the Lusignan Community Centre.

Lower Corentyne continues to enjoy a handsome lead in the Jaguars 3 Day League with 70.8 points, 16.8 points clear of second the place team, West Demerara who has 54 points.
