Heavy rain forced the abandonment of the third round of the Regional Under-17 Championship on Thursday.
There was no play at Inshan Ali Park where Trinidad and Tobago and Leeward Islands were due to do battle, at the National Cricket Centre where Jamaica was set to clash with Guyana or at Gilbert Park where Windward Islands were scheduled to take on Barbados.
Each team gained a point from the abandonment.
Heading into Saturday’s penultimate round, hosts T&T top the standings with 13.3 points with Guyana slightly behind on 13.1 points.
Windward Islands have 7.6 points while Barbados are fourth on 7.3, with Leeward Islands (1.2) and Jamaica (1.1) down at the bottom.
The top team following Sunday’s final round will be declared champions.
